Windows XP/service pac 3When I click to open "outlook express", I get a prompt "idenity login" with my first name, william, in the top box. I have tried every thing the prompt allows to eliminate my name/cancel all idenity requirements with no success. so I am unable to open O/E due to the prompt re-appearing. How do I eliminate this prompt from appearing. Thanks, Bill 1 person needs an answerI do too
